"The Bay Break is such a unique property, and communication with the host was superb! We were so impressed with all of the details that went into this property like toiletries, plenty of clean towels, and kitchen basics. Really incredible. The only reason for 4/5 stars on cleanliness is that perhaps the doors were open from a lot with previous tenants because there were so many bugs on the first floor of the house!Overall, any guest would be lucky to stay at this property! "

"Really enjoyed our time at your adorable cottage. Very close to a quiet beach. There was a great view from the porch of the bay at sunset. My husband enjoyed the sauna. The hosts are very kind and even let us check in early. They provided wine and snacks and tons of brochures. Paul's recommendations for what to do in the area were great. Wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely stay again."

"This exceptional property was our best homestay experience yet across several states and countries. The unit has so many customized features that make it stand out, from the fire pit (fire already built) and sauna (water bucket already filled) to the kitchen and bedrooms, where no detail has been missed. "We were in town for a family wedding at the Kent Resort so this location was great! We all loved exploring this fascinating house- especially our architect son! The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed using the canoe and also hanging out on the patio with our coffee and listening to the birds Thabks!"

"Booked this for Father’s Day weekend with my two kids. I think we were hoping for a kind of “dip your toes in” Chesapeake escape — something between Lake Anna and Ocean City. Saw “waterview” and figured maybe we’d land somewhere special. That wasn’t quite what we got. The house itself is clean and quiet. No issues with check-in. The upstairs deck is the one defining feature — nice for sitting out at night. But beyond that, this felt more like a peaceful neighborhood retreat than a Bay...

"It was great. The host met us when we arrived. Very friendly. The whole family was welcoming. The courage was very clean and had all that we needed. There was a great set of play equipment for our granddaughter and our hosts had as granddaughter The same age. The two of them got along great. This was one of the best VRBO experiences yet. "

"We absolutely loved this place. Location and home are perfect. So relaxing! The deck was just great for a morning cup of coffee and all the birds and sounds were so peaceful!
