"Traveled with family from Wisconsin. Location was close to so many sight seeing adventures, Saratoga springs-racetrack, shopping and dining. Hudson River cruise and museum. We enjoyed our stay!!!! Cute house, spacious inside and out."

"The duplex is located in a very quiet neighborhood - a horse farm is located right across the street - and was easy to find using our Waze app. The house is a fast 15 minutes from some really great restaurants! The house itself was lovely and very comfortable. The beds were firm the way we like them. Everything was in great condition and very clean. (Just a note, the water is well water so it was a bit brown when we first turned on a faucet. After letting it run for like 5 minutes, it cleared up...

"We had a nice time watching the sunsets from the big windows overlooking the lake. We cooked, played, and laughed together in the large and comfortable living room. "

"Spectacular stay, super easy and flexible all from booking to check out. Host was helpful and very kind. Property was gorgeous, very comfortable, updated, luxurious and spacious, and very well stocked - real quality items (such as wine glasses) and useful items in the pantry, as opposed to the usual cheap stuff bought just for many rental properties. Community was great with excellent amenities and right on the water - beautiful setting. Thank you!"

"perfect location and size for our group of five adults. We couldn't get into the house with the access code from the owner but she came to the house within a reasonable time to fix the problem. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, despite being close to the interstate. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to try the hot tub."

"Overall pleasant stay for my dad’s 80th bday. There were 12 of us including kids. Pictures match description and house location is good. We had a minor issue the first night but the host was very communicative which was appreciated. One callout was the pool table setup wasn’t ideal as the cue sticks weren’t functioning so no one was able to play. Aside from that nice property and space. "

"The home was wonderful to stay in. Everything was very clean and welcoming. It was the perfect place for our weekend stay in Saratoga. The house close to the Saratoga Race Course and well situated to enjoys Saratoga’s downtown. "

"Overall a great house in terms of location especially if visiting for a race at track. Didn't get to use outdoor space due to rain. Inside is not a ton of space for "hanging out" as a group but we spent very little time in the house. Host was very responsive when needed. "

"The space is perfect for large groups, we had 13 people. The top floor was the best place to hang which allowed people to be able to peel off and have some time to themselves when they needed. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to downtown, check out Lucy’s Bar and The Misfit. Tim was an excellent host and ensured we had everything we needed, would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun girls trip! "

"We rented this property in the second week of August for a couples racing getaway. The property is nice and the inside of the house was perfectly maintained. We rented this property again in the last week of August for a guys racing getaway. Christian was a great host and was quick to respond to all communications with him."

"The house was very clean when we arrived. It contained all the essential kitchen items with a few luxury items as well. The beds were comfortable. We prepared and ate a few meals at home and it was very comfortable setting to dine and gather with a small group of friends. The kids played card games on the large kitchen table. The dog was happy. The host was kind responsive informative and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and would stay here again if available.Thank you."
