"Convenient to nothing (groceries, restaurants, shopping) the neighborhood feels a little sketchy - part industrial part residential. Complicated entry and parking procedures, but if you don’t buy the garage pass good luck finding a nearby spot on the street. Kasa Garage spaces are as far from the elevator as possible which is great for permanent residents but no fun if you’re solo with luggage. Communication with the host was good throughout, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient.On our first night, the hot tub was not up to temperature, but the host handled it well and provided monetary compensation, which we appreciated.
