This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom bungalow has been completely renovated and located steps from the beach among the beautiful tropical plants and flowers. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch while listening to the local birds sing and the waves breaking on the reef.

Renovations include gorgeous quartz counters, new appliances and ceiling fans to name a few. The kitchen, dinning, and family room are an open layout that give plenty of room for your family and friends to gather, families especially enjoy the screened deck for dining in the open air. The high ceilings with louvers and drop fans provide comfortable breeze even on the hottest days.

Enjoy the relaxing sound of the surf and nature while soaking up the Caribbean sunshine from the pool or beach loungers, located at the main building, only one minute walk away. The resort offers spectacular snorkeling and diving from its onsite dive shop. Also enjoy the convenience of the restaurant, bar and beach side shared pool.

The Palmetto Bay community sits on 150 acres and provides 24-hour security, there is a fabulous palapa dock which is perfect to do yoga, enjoy morning coffee, or just swing in a hammock and relax while you listen to the surf. It's also a great starting point to swim out to the reefs, or line fishing. The property is uniquely surrounded by a protected nature preservation and is home to many wild parrots, agouti, butterflies and more! There are many mature fruit bearing trees. They include; varieties of mango, papaya, coconut, cashew, banana, lime, pineapple, noni, almonds, soursop. Palmetto is just minutes from shopping, attractions and the signature Pete Dye golf course, Black Pearl.
