"We visited Olde Beau over a long weekend. The house itself was beautiful with lots of extras. The view was remarkable as noted by the 10 year old with us. The golfers were impressed by the golf course and the rest of the group enjoyed pickleball and fishing. Side trips to wineries were fun for all.Owner is involved and emails details and reminders."

"We had a lot of fun staying at this Cabin. My girlfriend and I and our dog were in a road trip from Florida to Pennsylvania and we stopped in Traphill to hike Stone Mountain. Ed was a wonderful host and very responsive. The cabin was clean and cozy and had everything we needed and then some. The view is absolutely spectacular, particularly at sunrise! "We had a transformer blow the first hour we were there but the electric company had us up and running in just an hour. We loved being out in the country and the only sounds we heard were light rain and the beautiful birds singing! We got to meet the owner and had her come down and sit on the porch with us and just talk about family and silly things. "My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy, mountain cabin. The location was perfect — close to West Jefferson, Wilkesboro, Boone and the area where we plan to build our own cabin. "My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. The cabin was about 40 minutes from the track, though it is only about 10 miles away. The accommodations were exactly as listed, comfortable, and the sound of the water was incredibly relaxing. You are not super close to anything so ensure that you have your food and other staples with you before making the trek to the house (20 - 25 minutes to grocery stores). "Container was very unique. We really enjoyed the wood burning stove, the grill, and the outdoor fireplace. We had everything that we needed for our stay. It was very cold and snowed and everything was beautiful. The pond even had a layer of ice on it. Thanks for sharing your container home!"

"Gorgeous, antique cabin with modern upgrades and all the charm! "

"Such a Great place to stay for comfort and view. The house was very clean with everything needed to relax, cook and just rest! View is spectacular and we just sit for hours watching the river flow by. Neighbor's sweet dogs stopped by couple times a day to visit and get belly rubs.Quiet street with very little traffic.Craig was very responsive as aways. This was my second visit and we will be back!
