"The rooms were spacious, the bedding was clean, and the furniture was acceptable. The house needs some maintenance pretty badly. The flooring, decking, patio furniture and flooring above the kitchen needs to be replaced. The dishes were dirty, sink upstairs and bathtub areas need a good scrub, and there was quite a bit of dust on the walls and ceilings. The bedrooms and living room area was nice. Definitely not a five star. "

"The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

"I wouldn't recommend this rental. The electronic door lock doesn't work right and it took 20 minutes to gain access. The apartment was not very clean (trash left in the trash cans and the floors were dirty), and there are no hand towels in the unit and limited bath towels and wash clothes, so we were drying our hands on a wash cloth and the paper towels from the kitchen. This is a corporate owned unit that is obviously being operated at a bare minimum price."
