"This traditional merchant house converted hotel is lovely. We own the entire building with two floors. One tiny living room on the ground floor, a bath house, a separate toilet near the entrance, along with a spacious bathroom with the second living room on the second floor. It’s airy and full of scent of wood. However, the bedroom is facing the road without sound proof windows, it was very noisy throughout the night. "

"Friendly and helpful, picked me up from train station and took me to Narita. Very quiet, took a nice walk around the area, across the street from rice paddies. "

"Es un hotel muy cerca del aeropuerto de Narita y tienen el servicio de shuttle La recepcion y el restaurante estan muy agradables y el buffet de desayuno esta muy bien El pero que yo le pondria es que las habitaciones y los baños se ven viejas"

"客室も広くて、温泉もあり、忘れ物にも対応してもらえてとっても快適な滞在でした。"

"とても綺麗でした。周りも静かでよく眠れました。朝のバイキングも美味しかっです。たまたま6時から朝食開始だったので利用できましたが普段は6時半とのこと。6時半では大会には間に合わないので5時半くらいからなら有り難いです。6時でもギリギリでした(会場が近いので食べられましたが)全国大会が開かれる大きなスポーツ施設の近くなのでそこはお願いしたいです。"

"とても明るくて綺麗なホテルでしたフロントの方もとても暖かく優しい方でした男性と女性がお風呂が入れ替え制なので、私たちの到着が関係があると思いますが、夜の10時まで女性はお風呂が入れなくて疲れて早く寝たかったのですけれども寝れませんでした。朝早いお風呂も女性は入れなかったのでとてもきれいなお風呂でしたが楽しむことができなかったのが残念です。"

"Free shuttle service was a bonus to the Aeon mall and Narita Station, also free shuttle service to Narita International airport. Friendly and helpful staff, Family part located at the property. It is good for a night stay before and after flights. Pillows was uncomfortable and not enough for 5 of us. Facilities are old ans does have a funky smell in the room. My highlight was staff and shuttle service."

"This was a cozy little hotel in the small town and the room had a nice water view. The room was clean and it had a vanity and toilet (with no bath), but it was absolutely sufficient for us. The hot spring was on the top floor with nice view as well. The meals were nice. The dinner was "kaiseki" style where each person was served a set menu. It was pretty and tasty as well. We liked their breakfast buffet as well, although they served many of the same items every day. (We stayed 3 days) ...

"Staff is amazing and kind, clean facilities, understandable roles in the sleeping pods. My only thing was that the bed is pretty stiff and there is no ac or cooling in the sleep pod. Was hard to get comfortable while sleeping. Otherwise I had an amazing experience."

"仕事で利用しましたがWi-Fiも机の広さも申し分なく、コンビニも近くて便利でした。ホテルそのものに不満はないですが空港の真横なので離発着音はかなりします。24時間営業の空港ではないので夜寝るのには問題なかったですが、音に敏感なタイプの人は少し注意が必要です(生活音は全くしません)。"
