"This traditional merchant house converted hotel is lovely. We own the entire building with two floors. One tiny living room on the ground floor, a bath house, a separate toilet near the entrance, along with a spacious bathroom with the second living room on the second floor. It’s airy and full of scent of wood. However, the bedroom is facing the road without sound proof windows, it was very noisy throughout the night. "

"Really love staying at this hotel. The Hansen was something that we used each day and was very nice. The only thing I would say to travelers is that the area in which the hotel is located not many restaurants are open during the evening. Most restaurants close at 5 PM. There are a few maybe a handful that stay open to 9. The area is very quiet and clean and close to temples, which is an added bonus."

"Enjoyed my 2 nights stay at the hotel. A few things to know: The last shuttle service was at 10:20 am, which was disappointing. Also, there was a charge of 100 Yen for an hour late checkout. No complimentary water bottles, tea or coffee in the room. "

"とても明るくて綺麗なホテルでした フロントの方もとても暖かく優しい方でした 男性と女性がお風呂が入れ替え制なので、私たちの到着が関係があると思いますが、夜の10時まで女性はお風呂が入れなくて疲れて早く寝たかったのですけれども寝れませんでした。朝早いお風呂も女性は入れなかったのでとてもきれいなお風呂でしたが楽しむことができなかったのが残念です。"

"Free shuttle service was a bonus to the Aeon mall and Narita Station, also free shuttle service to Narita International airport. Friendly and helpful staff, Family part located at the property. It is good for a night stay before and after flights. Pillows was uncomfortable and not enough for 5 of us. Facilities are old ans does have a funky smell in the room. My highlight was staff and shuttle service."

"とても綺麗でした。周りも静かでよく眠れました。朝のバイキングも美味しかっです。たまたま6時から朝食開始だったので利用できましたが普段は6時半とのこと。6時半では大会には間に合わないので5時半くらいからなら有り難いです。6時でもギリギリでした(会場が近いので食べられましたが)全国大会が開かれる大きなスポーツ施設の近くなのでそこはお願いしたいです。"
