"I had a great experience. Location was perfect, walking distance to canal/bourbon st & so many restaurants /stores. Was able to check in early & able to leave suitcases with front desk if wanting to explore which I thought was great. Yes, there are homeless people around the area but no one bothered us & there is a police station right across from hotel. Overall I was pleased with everything! Front desk was warm & welcoming."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was definitely in a prime location very close to Bourbon Street and all of some amazing restaurants. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room was very clean and housekeeping was amazing. The only thing I wish the room had was a refrigerator. Other than that this day was amazing."

"I did find that the amenities provided by the hotel were somewhat limited compared to other hotels. The coffee maker did not function correctly and the air conditioner went out and I had to troubleshoot. Also, beware of hidden fees charged by the hotel; I was told that they would remove a fee which was charged twice and it was not removed.
The bed however was comfortable and I slept well."

"The stay was moderately comfortable but limited in practicalities. The placement of the bed in the room directly under the air stream was intensely uncomfortable. It required constant, shuffling and placement of additional blankets and comforters. Additionally, we had no cable box in our room for the first 2 days of our stay. Once one was supplied, the connection and capabilities were inefficient compared to most other hotels we've stayed with. The stay was great, but it had way more potential...
