"I arrived later than normal due to a delayed flight. The staff was accomodating and following hotel protocol however I was alerted that there is a company policy to cancel a reservation if not checked in by audit time. Apparently my non-refundable room was canceled. I was not aware I needed to call to inform of the delay. It would have been nice to have known this policy. Luckily there was still a room available. "We enjoyed our stay here."

"The staff was very nice and went out of their way to give us a room that had a view and wasn’t too close to the bar that stayed open until 2:00am. I felt bad using a wash cloth to remove my makeup but didn’t have a make up wipe available."

"The property isnt bad. The room we had needed some work. Example: there was a hole in the bathroom door. Also some of the paint was piling in the bathroom, and spots on the carpet in the room. Staff wise, they could use more to clean. I was going to pay extra to get into the room early, but was told they really didn't have to many people to clean the rooms up. My stay qas different from when i went last summer. "

"We had an enjoyable stay. The hotel staff were excellent, the rooms are nice and roomy and clean. I would definitely stay there again!"

"We'd stopped staying at the Delta as it seemed there was a decline, we decided to give them another shot and i'm glad we did. The room was exceptionally clean and we truly appreciated that. We will be back as we visit the area frequently. "

"The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower water was hot and got hot fast, which was great. Some clientele in the area were less desirable"

"Nice hotel, but the wifi only worked half of the time. The room was nice and clean, but nothing special. What I didn't like was the pool. It was small and didn't look clean. I was excited to use it, but then never went in because I felt dirty looking at it. Also, the breakfast needs bacon and plain eggs. Everything was some cheesy egg concoction with only sausage."

"Nicest staff I have ever encountered. We landed early from our flight and they held our luggage for free. We left on a cruise from Norfolk the next day, and we were able to walk directly to the port which was very convenient. There are many restaurants and activities to do in walkable distance as well. 10/10 recommend!"
