"Our second visit to this delightful establishment. The setting and surrounding area is so pretty, plenty of parking spaces and an easy walk to the nearby bar and restaurant. "Spoilt by young children, around 9/10 years old, not being supervised, running up & down the corridor, kicking doors & generally shouting and swearing until after 11pm. Otherwise good - when we spoke to Amy about it in the morning she was very apologetic and understanding and said it was not a normal thing - apparently some of the adults were in the bar until 11.45pm. After this explanation we will seriously consider staying again when the need arises. "

"My friend and I stayed here this weekend due to attending a festival nearby. The stable rooms are absolutely lovely, so comfortable, beautiful bathroom and lovely bed! We even had horses in stables next to us which was a lovely view to wake up too. The self serve breakfast room was so cute and had everything you could really ask for including fresh fruit, milk, breads and pastries. Will be returning with my partner for sure!"

"Nice clean modern location. Nice clean rooms nice beds awesome gym and close to service station. Price was amazing and free breakfast included I rate this 5 stars for Blackburn for for price location free breakfast and modern and clean and new ! "

"This was a cheap and basic room i booked for a quick overnight stay to break up a long drive home. It suited my needs just fine and i have no complaints for less than £40 The polite young lady who showed me to my room gave me all the necessary info and checked i was happy with the room. No food at the venue so i got a couple of things from local supermarket. "

"My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. She tried to phone but apparently couldn’t get through. I will be taking...
