"We had a great stay at this house. It was clean and well furnished. It sits in the middle of a wooden canyon. The kids had a lot of fun playing outside. There is a playground, a small soccer field and a basketball hoop. It was also fun to explore the property and the creek area. The house had everything we needed. Nice play area for kids, comfortable beds. We just had to get organized as there is only one bathroom. Easy access to all commodities. "

"Great layout to give privacy to 9 people from 3 families. Some great things are: yard, house layout, supplies that we didn’t need to bring or purchase (spices, dish detergent, toilet paper, bedding, towels etc.) and simple arrival and departure instructions. Some things that were a bit of a surprise - the home is for sale, the kitchen has very dated appliances and furniture in home is very dated yet comfortable. The surprises didn’t matter to us. We enjoyed our time there!!"

"In town for a dog show. The house was as listed. Great location, milk & water in fridge was a nice surprise. Bed & pillows very comfy. Fenced back yard was a good size, would have appreciated it being mowed prior to arrival and not during the stay, that's my only "complaint"."

"Perfect for our needs and has everything you need and then some. It was a perfect place to stay for our family reunion and our 1 1/2 year old grandson was in heaven with all the extra toys and dress up available. "The house is big and has plenty of bedrooms and sleeping options. Having a 2nd kitchen and fridge is great for large groups. There are a lot of steps to get down to the water - but that is common with all the houses on this lake. We loved the new double-decker dock that fit our pontoon and the slide and jumping platform were a hit with the kids. "Absolutely a lovely property with everything you could want or need during a stay away!! Julie is a fabulous host. The property is quiet and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to anywhere in the Smithfield/Logan area. Pet friendly since I was staying with my show dog for the dog show in Logan.
