"Chris was an exemplary host. We were able to check in early. He also offered a late checkout which we didn’t need.We were greeted with music playing and a chilled bottle of Proseco on the table. A beautiful sunset followed though not sure if he has that kind of pull.The house was as advertised. A porch looking out on the lake as well as a covered pergola just feet from the cliff on Erie provided a serene aspect to the stay. Spent nearly every waking hour at the house in one of those two places....

"Wonderful home on Lake Chautauqua!! Perfect location right on the water and very spacious interior! The grandkids loved playing in the expansive yard, fishing from the dock, and going into the nearby village for delicious dinners! We all had a fantastic time and it was just perfect for our multi-generational family vacation. Close to the Chautauqua institute, and easy access to boat rentals in bemus point. "Very nice spacious house, it was perfect for us for a weekend family stay. Everything was very clean and in good working order. However would recommend a new microwave, it took a very long time to heat food, also need shower curtain liner. Good communication with owner and answered all questions. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! "

"Sunset Cabin in Westfield NY has become an annual retreat for we three friends from central Pennsylvania. Not only is the cabin well appointed, roomy, clean, and comfortable, but the natural setting - under the trees and near the lake – creates a relaxing atmosphere for beachcombing or just sitting near the shore with a drink of your choice. The beach glass was harder to come by this year, but the amazing sunsets of every color made up for that in spades! We had a wonderful escape from that...

"We stayed this past weekend with friends & we had a great time! The host was great and the property helpers brought us firewood! The house was clean and the perfect size for 8 of us! The only downside was the spiders outside on the chairs and no rope/guard from the cliffs. We just stayed away from the edge and everyone was fine! We liked the sailboats & even saw a bald eagle flying around us! Thanks again for the stay - your home is adorable!!"
