The apartment, situated on the second floor of a historic building, perfectly blends the charm of the past with modern comforts. Spacious and bright interiors, terracotta floors, and brick vaulted ceilings create an authentic and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for experiencing Elba Island in total relaxation.

The interior spaces include a large kitchen-living room equipped with TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and a single bed next to the sofa, a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with window, shower box, and washing machine, and a wide loft with a second double bedroom and a second bathroom.

The apartment offers every comfort: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, and washing machine. Some windows offer glimpses of the sea, making the stay even more charming.

Important notes:

– Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Late arrivals after 7:30 pm are accepted with a €40.00 surcharge.
– Check-out: by 9:00 am.
– Bed linen and towels: not included, available for rental upon request (€40 per person) at least 7 days before arrival, to be collected at our office in Portoferraio.
– Pets allowed with a €50 surcharge.
– Smoking is not permitted inside the property
