Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. "

"The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. "Everything about our stay was perfect. Suites are individually designed with gorgeous art and textiles, inside was warm and cozy, outside provided beautiful views of NM sky and surrounding forest. "We had a great time! The property was beautiful and exactly what we ended up needing. While we were in 2 of the units and had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was a little odd that the bathrooms were inside the bedrooms. It did make it awkward for late night/early morning bathroom time….Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the house! "
