Great central location. Easy drive to airport and anywhere else you would want to visit. Place was clean and the host Amber was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this rental to stay at.

Beautiful quiet farm

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful farm with sheep, horses, and farm cats. The place was very clean and the location was great in between Amsterdam and The Hague. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous spot

This was wonderful place to stay. It was convenient to drive wherever we wanted to go. The town itself was lovely and the locale of this apartment was beautiful. Our view included a windmill, a canal and a church as well farm animals and plenty of green space. The owners were friendly and helpful. We loved our time here and were sad to leave. We would highly recommend staying here.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Durch die Lage kann man viele Städte (u.a. Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag) sowie die Nordsee gut erreichen. Die Vermitterin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön ist, dass man die Fahrräder und Kajaks vor Ort jederzeit nutzen kann.

Gutes Gesamtpaket

Schöner Urlaub, freundliche Vermieterin. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Es könnten in der Küche mehr Besteck und Teller sein. Die Umgebung bietet für jeden etwas. Viele Orte zum Bummeln oder Museums Besuche. Aber auch zum Radfahren oder Padeln geeignet.

Simply wonderful!

Delightful country setting with nature abounding. From the frogs, ducks, birds and horses, everything was soothing. Loved the apartment as it was clean, modern and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean and in perfect working order. Access to the bikes was a highlight as we enjoyed biking around the immediate countryside. Parking was convenient and there was a lot of outdoor space to enjoy. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely Location and Property

We were very impressed with the property, modern, very clean and well equipped. Even though the weather was warm the interior stayed comfortably cool. For UK visitors interest - the TV receives BBC programmes. Rijpwetering is a beautifully kept little village and provides a great base to tour with Delft, Leiden, Den Haag and Amsterdam all within 20-30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Vermieterin war super nett und kleine Probleme (defekte Glühbirne in der Toilette) wurden sofort behoben. Eine Sache fanden wir nicht so schön: Wir waren zu viert und es gab nur 4 große Teller, 2 Suppenteller und 4 Kuchenteller, das fanden wir zu wenig. Wir mussten die Spülmaschine oft halbvoll anstellen. es wäre super, wenn es von allen Tellern 8 gäbe. Sonst war wirklich alles top.

Sommerferien mit Kindern

Der Bungalow ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In der Küche ist fast alles vorhanden was man so zum Kochen benötigt. Auf dem Hof gibt es 3 Pferde, zwei Katzen, einen sehr lieben Hund und mehrere Schafe - sehr zur Freude unserer Kinder. Fahrräder für Erwachsene und Kinder im Alter von ca. 10 Jahren sind vorhanden und können kostenlos genutzt werden. Kajaks sind auch vorhanden (2x Einer, 1x Zweier) und man kann eine abenteuerliche Runde von ca. 2,5 Stunden paddeln - die Kinder fanden es super. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Im Ort gibt es ein sehr angesagtes und gutes Restaurant, wo man am besten schon eine Woche im Voraus reserviert um Abends einen Platz zu bekommen. Das einzige was etwas stört ist der Flugverkehr vom Flughafen Amsterdam. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Cute cottage in bucolic setting in a true Dutch village.

The cottage was/is clean and efficient. An end unit, two bedroom apartment that has windows overlooking a canal and paddock. The cottage is well stocked with dishes, appliances (although we bought and left a fan because of the unseasonably hot weather) and comfortable furniture EXCEPT the beds. They are so narrow as to make turning over difficult. The mattress comfort did not make up for the lack of ability to stretch one’s arm without hitting the wall. Unit did not have a hair dryer or toaster. Washing machine shared by all units took over 2 hours per load. Host was very nice and friendly and responsive. Lovely property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean when we arrived, and the host was helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The check in and check out process was smooth and simple. The property was great for our family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed for cooking, and the dishwasher was very useful. We made frozen pizza and pasta during our stay, and it was also convenient to have access to a communal washing machine. The wireless internet speed was good. There was no air conditioning and no microwave oven, but there was a thermostat. The location was peaceful and beautiful, with a real rural feel. The canals across the property, along with the sheep and horses, made it especially picturesque and relaxing. It felt secluded but was still convenient if you have a rental car. There was also a bus stop nearby, which made it possible to travel to Leiden and then take the train to Amsterdam. Grocery stores were also within a reasonable distance, with a Coop Compact about 6 kilometers away and a Lidl about 8 kilometers away. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to other travelers, especially families looking for a quiet and charming place to stay.
