"Room was very clean with well appointed bathroom and comfortable bed. The very low chair was not usable for me. I was surprised that breakfast was not available during the week, only weekends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for short stays."

Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. "Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Room was lovely and very good value for money. Hotel pool area needs an update but good for the kids. Bathroom in room needs a really good clean - grime around bath/shower. Shower had barely any power. The complimentary toiletries were not replinished when we arrived, which is very disappointing and a lack of attention to detail. "

"The rooms were nice and clean, hotel staff were polite and helpful. They have a new booking system which caused a minor delay but was only an extra couple of minutes. Noise wasn't an issue, neither was parking. The only down side was only 1 lift was working, which was an issue on Sunday morning. Would happily stay again. "

"Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans."
