"the host and the hotel staff were friendly and we got to check in early! the room was clean and it was not too noisey at night or in the morning, considering it's New York. we were also a block away from Times Square and close to the subway station as well. I would stay here again and highly recommend!"

"There were 4 parties attempting to check in at the same time. We all had to call some number given to us by the person at the front desk and wait on hold for them to send us a check in number via email. This was supposed to be the code to the door, but we were still handed a physical key because the codes didn’t work.
The person on the counter was not helpful. The common area wasn’t clean and had a few boxes of food sitting on the table and no one cleaned it up even in the morning when I came...

"Property is in the heart of New York and places of interest are a walk or train ride away. It has its own New York charm. You will have to keep your luggages light and few in number as there are no elevators/lifts."
