"This was our 3rd visit to the hotel which we use when visiting our daughter who lives in Wimbledon. Lovely location, but the only thing I find disappointing is that the rooms aren't very soundproof (no double glazing and creaky floorboards). "There are so many wonderful things to say about the property. The room was clean, lovely and looked just like the photos. The staff was super friendly and the french toast and drinks were delicious. The area is proximate to central London. Sometimes we took the Tube, others we rented bikes. London has many bike lanes, so we felt comfortable riding. The Chiswick area is super cute. The main strip has tons of shops, restaurants and pubs. The flower stands were gorgeous! Lookimg forward to staying...

"Very nice hotel in Richmond...close to train station and the main street in Richmond with many shops and restaurants. The hotel was nice enough to hold our bags since we arrived early but charges $10 euros an hour to check in before 3pm when the room is ready so we just sat in the lobby until 3pm. Rooms are TINY! The cabin literally has no room for more than one open suitcase. Our 2nd room was slightly bigger but again no room to leave suitcases open. The bathrooms are updated but tiny. ...

"Lovely hotel in a super position for lovely walks along the Thames or Bushy Park, yet near enough to the shops for a bit of shopping. Tastefully decorated, great room and bedding, breakfast was great, and such a helpful team, especially Georgina at reception. "

"Property was great . The 394$ mandatory cleaning fee that wasn’t mentioned was not great. I only stayed 2 nights so it was like adding another charge for an extra day. This cost should have been mentioned up front with all related fees. Not ok! "

"This property suited our Olympia needs and the bar and bar staff were excellent, the room we booked for 2 nights was ok but a lack of cold water in the bathroom due to the cold water tank being on the roof needs looking into. "

"Great location (walkable to Richmond riverfront) especially if you want to enjoy the grassland around the river. Lovely cafe hut nearby (down the hill) and easily accessible from Richmond train station by bus and a short, very uphill walk. The common areas of the hotel are very pleasant and comfortable. Nicely decorated and plenty of places to sit etc. A big highlight is the water fountain next to reception which has still and sparkling water on tap. The restaurant is also lovely and I ate...

"This was the third time I’ve stayed at Bingham Riverhouse, and I have to say I love it. On this occasion they upgraded my room on arrival which was great. The room was tucked away at the top of the building and beautifully quiet at night. The massive shower in the bathroom was a delight. Breakfast as usual was delicious - though not included in my initial price, as I’d booked through a third party. This was the only downside in an otherwise great night’s stay, and I have no doubt I’ll be back. "

"Service was excellent. Breakfast was great. They had work going on to the hotel which meant Disable Parking was suspended but parked in a secure car park 2 mins walk away. No problem. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it. "
