"Very nice and spacious house. Great area for fishing and outdoor activities. House could have been cleaner. Some stainsi f spill on cabinets and a few walls. Garbage disposal did not work and would not drain. Some if the bedding was not up to par. Pullout couch mattress was bad. Overall a great trip that managed our large family.. House"

"This unit was very well equipped with all a family needs as a home base. The Kitchen has a large array of everything. Pots pans, flatewear, glasswear. This would be a great unit for a family with kids or a group that needs a place to gather. Easy communication with the owner as well. Will rebook when the time comes again. "

"Stayed here to attend Scarborough Faire in neighboring town Waxahachie (about a 45 minute drive). Exceptionally clean with comfortable mattresses and loads of room. Plenty for kids to do plus lots of wiggle room in fenced backyard. Everything we needed."

"Such a great place - beautiful part of the lake. Wanted a quick, quiet getaway with my 2 sons and it was perfect. enough room to spread out when needed but family areas were great too. The back porch was wonderful!!!!"

"We loved our time here. The house itself is wonderful and has many thoughtful touches, like throw blankets just where you would want them, charging cables, and toiletries. Our dogs had the best time in the back yard and kept demanding to go outside every five minutes. We took a couple of long walks around the property, a lovely wooded area but the freeway is closer than I expected."

"This adorable, peaceful spot was just perfect for our Baylor graduation weekend getaway. We got away from the Waco madness, but were still close by. The hosts were super responsive and have done a wonderful job with this property. "

"Overall stay was good on monday and tuesday . Sunday was not good because there was no water at the property. The water was cut off to the property. The host contacted a plumber abd water was back on by 10am on monday "
