Southrock Villas is situated in the east-southern part of the island, in Lachania. The 2 luxurious stone-built villas are ready to welcome you and let you experience a unique and unforgettable accommodation. You can indulge yourself with magnificent views of the Aegean Sea and relax while enjoying the sun. The peaceful sea is within 150 meters with its crystal clear waters.
This truly idyllic and unique retreat consists of two luxurious villas built with the utmost respect for the traditional Dodecanese architecture, in perfect harmony with the natural setting. The villa interiors are wonderfully spacious, tastefully decorated yet simple and elegant, equipped with all modern amenities that offer a genuine sense of autonomy, comfort and luxury. Sehr gute Lage, sauber

Positiv: 3 Fußminuten bis zum Meer, sehr großer Kiesstrand und fast leer, Meer super sauber. Besitzer war immer erreichbar und reagierte schnell auf Wünsche und Probleme. Hilfsbereites Personal direkt vor Ort. Kritik: in den Badezimmern fehlen Regale für die Kosmetikartikel und Hacken für Handtücher, Duschtücher und für Kleidung. In den Schlafzimmern fehlen Kleiderschränke. Ein schmaler Kleiderschrank im Zimmer wäre super! Es fehlen ein paar Sonnenschirme auf der Terasse. Insgesamt hat uns super gefallen!

Amazing Villa!!!

Really relaxing region, but a little bit windy some days. Comfortable beds , nice pool with a grill for nice grill nights. The beach is 10 minutes away on foot and the nearest village with some good taverns is about 10 minutes drive.

wondeful place for a special holidays

I've been in southrock villa with my family and with the family of our friends. The house is very convenient both for the accommodation and for the location a few steps from the beach. Lovely outdoor space with pool, BBQ space and dining area. Unfortunately we only stayed four days. We would have wanted to stay much longer.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location

Couldn't have asked for a better stay at Southrock Villas. The villa was brand new, had views over the Aegean and was in a perfect location with beaches, kitesurfing, shops, restaurants, diving and archeological sites all within a short distance. It wasn't even that far to the remoter eastern part of the island (which is well worth a trip). Kyriakos did everything he could to make sure our stay was perfect - we had an amazing holiday and couldn't recommend it enough!

Beautiful Brand New Villa

This villa was absolutely perfect for our holiday. Has all the necessary amenities, modern decoration, enough bath towels and beach towels for the entire villa. Great host and an all round fantastic stay!
