"This was a great value for the money and a convenient overnight stop on my road trip. Plenty of parking and easy access from car to room. Free coffee was available as advertised, and there’s a good breakfast restaurant across the street. Room fridge and microwave. Flooring in both my room and bathroom was a little iffy: carpet felt sticky, with an odd sinking spot under it. Bathroom floor tiles had large gaps between. But everything seemed to have been cleaned as much as possible."

The view of the river was great and they have nice amenities that we didn't get to use because we were in town for a wedding. Our biggest disappointment was finding almost nothing available for the complimentary breakfast. No hot offerings, no milk for the cereal, and only a single bagel. "The front of the hotel is very deceptive. When I drove around the back to get to my room it was disgusting. The parking lot was over grown with grass growing out of the pavement and had large pot holes. The room was gross. The air conditioner didn't work well and was full of dirt and dust. The TV didn't work. The shower had peeling paint and stains on the walls. Every door frame was black with grime. The property was littered with trash. I felt unsafe and pushed a chair infront of the door...

"The hotel looks like a dump on the outside. People hanging around outside the rooms, smoking, drinking, listening to music, and being loud. Floor not swept or mopped inside the rooms, bedsheets looked used, and there was a dirty towel hanging."
