"OK for a quick stay. It would be good if the maintenance was undertaken while they build the new accommodation. e.g. Fridge works, shared fridge defrosted and fly screen fitted."

"The room wasn't cleaned properly or topped up of amenities like tea and coffee. Parking always convenient, room was a little dirty in places. Still a great stay."

"Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night"

"Great location"

"The property was situated near the rail for our day trip to the blue mountains, also near the shopping centre and the most delightful patisserie cafe. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and i loved the Morr toiletries. Thank you to the lovely staff who were pleasant and professional."

"Literally the most spectacular view from the room.... Can't beat it... "

"In a very nice country setting, well maintained, very friendly staff. However, did not have tīme to explore the hotel. Very conveniently located in between small township. Just need to replace window as conditiom hss deteriorated. Otherwise all good 👍"

"En la habitación no llegaba el wifi . Protestamos y tras mucho insistir nos dieron una con wifi y con calefacción estropeada. Pusimos todas las maneras y pasamos frío. El personal desagradable y poco profesional. El motel muy difícil de encontrar y nada recomendable. We had no internet connection in our romo. After much discussion we GOT a room with wifi, but the heating system was broken. After a very very cold night, we swore never to go back"

"I recently stayed here and found the experience to be fairly standard overall. The staff were courteous and the check-in process was smooth, and the location made it easy to get where I needed to go. The room had the essentials for a short stay and was generally comfortable."

"Booked for 2 adults and one 15 Yr old child. They hotel wanted to charge me extrabdor sheets for the child. The claim a 15yr old is expected to sleep in the double bed with the parents... I was speechless. "
