This was a great value. We had three bedrooms and two baths plus a nice kitchen and living space. Next time I go to Reno I will stay here if it is available. The host is super responsive and proactive. Great stay

House was fine. Portable A/C units were not all working properly and were very loud. We should have brought our own towels. Towels provided were dirty or stained. It worked with a last minute booking on Labor Day weekend.

We stayed here for a wedding, and the house was able to accommodate our party of 7. It was a bit small, but it worked for us. The location is convenient, close to stores and the downtown area.That said, a few updates would make the stay more comfortable. Using simple appliances like a hair dryer would trip the circuit breaker, which was inconvenient. Some kitchen items (mugs, bowls, etc.) were chipped and could use replacing. The home doesn’t have central AC, so there are portable units in most rooms, helpful, but some were quite noisy.Overall, it served its purpose, but with a few upgrades, it could be much better.

This was a perfect place for my family to stay. It was a nice central location, with easy access to a variety of things we wanted to do and see. The home is cozy and everything we needed was there, from towels, to cleaning supplies, to basic kitchen and cooking needs, and access to wi-fi and TV. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy. If we had a question, Jeff responded in a reasonable amount of time. I feel like the response was immediate almost. Suggestions were made for places to eat and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay. I only regret not using the hammock! Everything in this cozy home was great. The kitchen has a nice flow and there was also access to a washer and dryer, plus the pods.A few of our favorite things were the uniquely folded towels, the kitchen faucet in the farm sink of my dreams, and the quiet neighborhood. We took lots of morning walks! Thank you to our great host and congratulations on a beautiful, clean VRBO!

Arrived on Friday evening, Left Sunday morning. No Internet the entire time. Multiple emails with host didn’t solve problem. Spectrum Internet provider had no outages in the area despite host Jeff’s claims. Vrbo rep also tried to contact host with no response. My guess is this host does not pay for Internet at this property. That means no TV as well. A/C consists of three portable units which are completely inadequate for 85 days. One of the AC units requires window to be open, allowing hot air to come back in the house. If it weren’t for the lack of Internet and inadequate air conditioning, I would not complain about the missing window screens, poorly maintained backyard, loose plumbing fixtures in both bathrooms, no 120 V outlet in Master bath, badly sloping floors, front porch steps that are a clear code violation, poorly patched and unpainted hole in bedroom wall. I could go on, but you get the picture. My advice, check out Vacayplay on Bizapedia and then pay a little bit more for a different home and you’ll have a much more enjoyable experience in Reno. To their credit, we have never had major issues with a VRBO property in the past. We have rented many times through them. it’s a shame they list this house on their site.

This place worked great for my family for the time we were there. Nice neighborhood, clean property, and perfect for a small family. Backyard worked well for my daughter and dog and while we were out scouting the area for a new place to move to from another state, the house worked great for the time we were there. The only downside was the bedroom tv wasn't working from day 1 of our stay, and although I reached out to the owners, who were prompt on responding, I never heard back as to the maintenance man coming by to fix it, as I was told. This made it so my whole family had one tv to relax in front of in the evening, making it challenging to find something my whole family would like, and keep my toddler entertained with other things. Other than that, it was great and we enjoyed it overall.

Great place!

House was very clean, beds are super comfortable, play area in the back for the kids, good host communication. Nice quiet neighborhood just outside the city. 10 mins to the Arch and 15 to Atlantis, 5 mins to Safeway.Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay!

The house suited our needs! Each bedroom had a king size bed which was great. The backyard was a good size for our dogs. Location was great. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the house.

Nice place

It was a nice place to stay, playground in the backyard was great with having littles with us. However the playground is a little bit run down compared to the photos advertised. The power on one side of the house had gone out on us shortly upon arrival & we had reached out to the owner through vrbo & tried calling, we wound up leaving a voicemail that was never returned. Never heard back from them. We eventually went around to the side of the house to find the breaker box to switch the power back on. King beds were great though!

Too small for our group of 7

This property is advertised as “sleeps 10”. It is correct that there are three rooms each with a king bed (that fill up the entire room). The couch in the living area makes out to a bed. It also advertises a twin bed, but there is none. After much searching we found a large air mattress, but there was no place in the home that you could blow up and place the air mattress. The entire house was far too small for our group. It could possibly work for a group of six at the very most. The dining area has chairs for five. When we arrived, the home was sweltering hot. We opened windows and found all working fans, but the only room that ever cooled down enough to sleep was the master bedroom which had a working portable air conditioner. There was another portable air conditioner in the living area, but it more often blew out warm air. We were uncomfortable and ready to leave in the morning.

Cute house

This was a cute house in a great location. We had some issues and Jeff stayed in contact with us. It was very hot during our stay so the AC units and fans were necessary to run all night. The AC units were loud and it took a bit to cool down the house but it was nice once we got it cooled down.

Bumps all the stay

The main reason we booked this rental was for the back yard and the pictures have not been updated. The back yard had weeds up to my kids knees in some areas, and the playground we had to make sure that it was sturdy enough to hold them because of how it looks in person. The AC did not work for us in the master bedroom, but to our surprise we couldn't open a majority of the windows because the screens were missing. So we paid for two nights in a house that me and my husband had to sleep with no AC, the working one was in the living room but does not cool the back bedrooms. But at least the house was very clean and the host tried to trouble shoot the ac and had it replaced with a extra one, it just didnt work either.
