"Despite a crappy situation as to why we were in town visiting, this property made it all worth it! Everything was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The interior was so welcoming and beautifully decorated. The exterior is absolutely gorgeous with all natural scenery and the landscaping adds the finishing touches. The location is great too as you are submerged in the wilderness but are just a few minutes away from the local towns. My husband and I would definitely stay here again! "

"This is a beautiful mansion with 9 bedrooms which include a couple of sitting rooms attached to 2 bedrooms with pull-out couches. The front parlor has a piano which our son tuned and then played beautifully! I was a bit nervous with three antique large mirrors in gold leaf frames on the floor leaning against the wall. Praise God, they stayed in place! The lawn needed mowing which should have been done before we came. There is outside maintenance that needs doing on the house. All in all the...

"The host was amazing and easy to get ahold of when I had any questions. The floors were very creaky, which I had no problem with, but my son was worried they were waking his infant daughter. I love old houses and the creaky floors. We were happy with the location as far as closeness to Hershey Park. We would have had a fire in the fire pit if it wouldn't have rained our second full day there. "

"It seems as if someone investigated grandmas house and filled it with thrift finds and fake flowers. The location was great for the reason we were there. One bedroom furniture was a bit shakey and nervous to sleep on. A wall sconce in the bathroom would not go off when turning off the switch, made me nervous to leave. "My family had a fantastic time staying at this property. Together we had 16 adults and 3 kids. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, plenty of dishes and glassware). It was also great to have a table where we could all eat together. There were plenty of spaces where we could break up into smaller groups to chat or play games. We will definitely consider coming back!"
