"This hotel should be condemned. It is disgusting. I've never seen a hotel room so filthy. The room has inches of dust, dirt and years of filth. We used an entire bottle of disinfectant spray and Clorox wipes and our own sheets and towels, just so we could make it through the night until we could find another hotel. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. It was so dirty and unsafe, we had to leave a night early with no refund, and move to another hotel. Other guests were doing the same. I can't...

"There were two particular staff members (women) that seemed racist never smiled at us and seemed to never know an answer to my questions she just wasn’t pleasant to be around her energy was off and unkind. But when I saw her check in another couple she was all smiles and very helpful to them. Everyone else was nice and very helpful."

"The room is small but clean, air conditioning works great and they have a remote check in, which worked great. The staff is very friendly and professional. We spent one night at the hotel and everything was good, the next day we realized my daughter left an expensive device there, we get in touch with the manager who confirmed the cleaning lady found it and we were able to get it back."
