"I really loved my stay here. It was so close to the N and W trains but it was also away from the hustle and bustle. My one and only complaint is that the walls are really, really thin. An example of how thin it was - I heard the Roku turn on in the room next to me. Regardless, it was a great stay, esp if traveling solo."

"Muy agradable, limpia y excelente atención"

"There was a fly that was in the room for nearly the whole duration of my stay (3 out of 4 days, till I killed it myself.) The staff failed to clean the room until I talked to manager of the cleaning ladies for them to clean it. It was probably cleaned twice for the 4 days I was there. And last but not least the hot water stopped working for hours, told front desk, they sent a maintenance guy who just glanced at the hot water heater then just told us to keep the water running till it gets hot....

"The property is well-situated, and room was comfortable. Service was OK, we had some issues with housekeeping (room not serviced two days, missing towels) and responsiveness of front desk staff."

"We found the property to be very clean, personnel were friendly, courteous and helpful when needed. The breakfast bar was fully stocked coffee was really good and there were plenty of choices to ser you up doe the day"

"Given the extremely affordable price for NYC I wasn’t full of expectations. However I was really impressed. Sure it’s fairly basic but the rooms were bright and clean, bed very comfortable and a brilliant shower. Nice bar downstairs and very pleasant staff. Can’t fault and def recommend. So well located near the subway for quick and easy runs into Manhattan."

"The LIC Hotel represented a great value for the price. While it wasn't in Manhattan, it's location was "metro-friendly," and the city was 30 minutes away by subway (Court stop on the F or E). The room was small but the bed and linen were comfortable."

"Very pleased with my stay. The garages were very helpful and the location was fairly easy to navigate. My only issue was when initially entering my room, I got a very strong smell of bleach coming from the bathroom that took almost an entire day to air out. Other than that my expectations were exceeded."
