"Great little hotel. Rooms were clean,comfy, and very quiet, even tho right near the i5. Convenient location with gas stations, McDonalds, Starbucks, 7/11, and a few small restaurants, all next door. Only small "eh" I have, is the $10 parking charge per vehicle. Other than that, great hotel at an affordable price. Would def book again."

"My daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner."

"I love this place, the owner deliver warm welcome. The facility inside is new. AC available . Even the location look close street, but I did not hear anything during my stay. The big Asian food market and a lot of Asian restaurant just 15 min walking distance. Great stay with good price"

From making herself available to me for an early check-in support me and my trip then to help me find my phone that I lost in an Uber shes the one who was able to contact Uber for me without me having my phone it was great! She really is an asset to your property!! She cares and is dedicated and you can't buy or train that great job Brandy!"

"We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. "
