"Came to stay for one night for a concert in Seattle with a friend and had a lovely time. We both enjoyed our stay, the amenities, staff were wonderful and the cleanliness was superb. I would gladly reserve another stay here again."

"Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

"This property was neither sweet or a suite. Until we checked in we didn't realize there was only street parking or that we had to walk up a flight of stairs with our luggage. The closest parking spot was over two blocks away. This would have been nice to know as I was recovering from surgery. We got to our "suite". It was the size of a small dorm room. Their kitchen was downstairs and shared., which meant for us that your food couldn't be safe from tampering. We could hear every conversation...

"Gave away reserved room that was paid for. Had to find last minute alternative. Completely useless staff. Staff stated no rooms available, Expedia site stated 7 rooms available."

"The setting in the middle of a park makes it so easy to walk out the door for a hike. The restaurant is great and their coffee menu in the morning is a suprising."
