Some corporate genius decided it would be a good idea to hire a third party to rent the parking lot the hotel owns. Now when you check in one is required to give their information to a third party so they can clip you for $10 a day. Within the limits of a major metropolitan area ok, Hunt Valley? Get outa here. "Our room toilet was sluggish, then was completely clogged. I talked to Noah, the front-office staff, asking for it to be unclogged while we are out. When we returned 4 or 5 hours later, no work had been done. When I talked again with Noah, he said there was "no mechanic" working today (a Sunday). I asked for a different room. It took 3 hours for him to get us another room. Also, the motel was basically for transients and drug addicts."

I called ahead and was approved for early check-in, and I arrived two hours before the standard 4 PM check-in. Even arriving that early, I was told the hotel had overbooked and was “upgrading” me to a standard room with two queen beds — a room that normally goes for under $200.
