"We showed up an hour after check in time and our room hadn’t been cleaned yet and wasn’t ready. We were offered another room but was warned beforehand that it “smells musty”. We were told it would be at least another hour until our room would be available. The room was spacious; however, the bathroom door was broken, the toilet was loose and/or broken as it would rock back and forth when yoh sat down on the toilet.
