"Property has lots of character and charm. We enjoyed the infinity pool, kayaking, crabbing from the dock and daily walks. The property is in a fairly remote location but we found that to be a plus. It was a great place to decompress and enjoy nature. The property owner was very responsive at booking and check-in. The only downsides to the property for us were that you had to walk through one bedroom to get the other bedroom and the WIFI was slow. Outside of that we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Our stay in Reedville was very relaxing. Our guests ranged in age from 16 months to 84 years old. The littlest were delighted with the beach and the water was perfect for wading. They also enjoyed all of the swings and hammocks and the local wildlife. The older kids (teens) had a great time swimming and kayaking. We caught some crabs and fish. "We really enjoyed this place. From the moment you enter this house you can tell that it is well loved. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed, and more. We spent time on the porch, paddling kayaks, watching the herons. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hideaway in Hays Beach. We were coming up to see our 93yr old Grandmother who lives about 45 minutes away. Our families rented two homes in the area and were able to enjoy our time with three generations that aren’t able to see each other often. The home was exactly as shown, perfectly decorated and incredibly well stocked! We’d absolutely come back!"
