"This was a really neat idea, and the kids were very excited to stay in an RV. I will start by saying it was very clean. It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. The location was also not optimal because it was right next to the main road where you could hear every car, and the entrance was across from what looked like a lot of junk. . we had to deal with a dog barking all night, long, but we made the best of all this. "The house was exactly as listed! I just wished that the queen bed we slept in was more comfortable! The mattress was very thin! Everything else was great! Would stay here again! Thank you! We were here because of sudden death of a brother and brother in law! The house was big enough for the 5 adults that stayed here! This so helped with the convenience of our stay with loved ones!"

"This premium Condo is in great updated condition and very spacious. Having a 1 car garage was a very nice benefit. If you want a downtown condo I would highly recommend this one. It was a great change from the hotels we stay in Muncie. Condo is accross the street from 2 of the best restaurants in Muncie. "

"The host was wonderful! She communicated quickly whenever we had a question. All the bedrooms were wonderful. The beds were comfortable and nice sizes for adults. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies provided. The bathrooms were updated and the jetted tub was a great addition. Having the out door space was perfect for sitting and enjoying the day. The home is close to Ball State, restaurants and shopping."

"The place was super clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was big and well-maintained. The host gave me the necessary info before I needed to ask for it which is not always the case. It is located really close to Ball State. If my daughter chooses to go to school there we will be staying here for sure!"
