"Courtney and John, from start to finish, were AMAZING! From booking to check out, everything went seamlessly. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. John and Courtney were able to accommodate an earlier check in for us which was wonderful. The hot tub was relaxing and very easy to use! Looking forward to coming back in the future. "

"Stayed here for 4 days. It was absolutely perfect for us while we waited to move into our house. Nice quiet neighborhood and the dogs loved being out in the backyard. Projector in the living room was a great touch. Everything you could need is within 5 - 10 min. Would definitely recommend to family when they come to visit."

"There was a small issue with the AC that was identified the day before we arrived. The host communicated the issue and the plan for fixing the problem and gave us options to cancel if we desired. We were not able to find any other accommodations last minute. However, the AC was fixed on our second day and did not cause any interruptions to our stay. The host was great about communicating and providing updates. We also got mixed up on the check out time, I thought it was noon, cleaner showed up...

"The host, Wade, was pushy as to when we’d arrive and demanded to know. We didn’t have a plan so it felt intrusive. When we arrived, the house was NOT as it looks in these pictures. There were two cockroaches by the kitchen, fitted sheets loosely thrown over the couches, bedrooms with junk randomly placed, and it looked like a 3-year old made the beds. Wade promised a refund, but NEVER did. We got a hotel and it was worth every penny. This place is not fit for rental. I’d post pics if it let me....

"It's a cute house. The living room furniture is terrible. Very uncomfortable, and the toilet seats are cheap. I am handicapped and have a hard time getting on to the toilet. When I sat down the seat slipped sideways and broke. ."

"We stayed here to celebrate a student’s big academic achievement, and let’s just say the celebration got a little wild—school spirit was in full effect! Despite the energy, the owners were incredibly understanding and professional. The property was spotless, well-kept, and you could tell they really care about maintaining a clean and safe space. "My husband and I stayed here when visiting our son who is stationed at Ft. Bragg. The house is just as described, very comfortable, in a safe, quiet residential area just outside Fayetteville but not too far from the base. Some restaurants nearby and more in Fayetteville (I highly recommend Bahama Breeze; the best meal we had while there). We enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again in the future."
