"The afternoon staff were very unprofessional in handling our room accommodations. Splitting payments up between guests was difficult and they over charged us. Corporate got a call and we are currently establishing a case."

"The staff is the best in North Dakota. I have stayed in many hotels in the state and its the very first time I was treated this way. I will come back for sure. I wont even hesitate in looking for another hotel in Minot this will be my choice and recomendation from now on. The receptionist Teja was beyond everything, he was the best of the best"

"Excelente servicio, la nueva administración esta haciendo un buen trabajo para tener el edificio en optimas condiciones. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y bastante variado para el precio. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveré. "

"Rooms and hotel were clean and updated. But updated bathrooms and pillows would be nice. The pillows were really bad. Hot tub burned our skin first and second nights there but fixed and better for our final night. Breakfast was ok. Not a huge selection but enough for the family to find something. Location was great. Close to everything. Room we're pretty loud. Guy at front desk was wonderful, friendly and helpful but the ladies there were rude and seemed inconvenienced. All in all decent hotel...
