I wont even hesitate in looking for another hotel in Minot this will be my choice and recomendation from now on. The receptionist Teja was beyond everything, he was the best of the best"

"attempted to check in early but no rooms were ready. I checked in after 3pm, when I was in my room putting stuff up a staff member attempted to come into my room with their key card. He said he was supervisor doing room check. I don’t care who you are you should be coming into someone’s room after they checked in to see if it’s clean. It freaked me out. Unacceptable! "

"Got off to a rough start. Front desk was occupied by a sign with a phone # to call. Waited too long for the attendant to arrive. This was at 4 pm on a Wednesday. Room was in a state of disrepair. Room was right next to major remodeling. Trevan came on shift Tuesday morning. He promised to have a new room by the time i returned. He was true to his word. And all week long i witnessed him worked constantly to ensure things were running smoothly. "

The breakfast was terrible with hard rock biscuits and day or two old hasbrown/egg mixture. There is also strange transactions on my visa that I have to call and clear up. This place is not recommended. "
