"We couldn’t get into the apartment. There was NO host we could communicate with!!!! No parking area. And on a Very nosy intersection. Worst experience ever "

"Wonderful cabin, great host!But it wasn’t clean the stove was so greasy refrigerator wasn’t cleaned. everywhere fingerprints floor hasn’t been vacuumed.I do cleaning and that wouldn’t pass my standards at all. We couldn’t give this cleaner more than one star"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the 12th street retreat! We came in town for our daughter’s graduation! The house was very cozy and it had everything we needed! The hostess was very attentive! I would rate it 10/10. If you come to Tifton, give it a try! Very well decorated!! "

"This was the perfect end to a busy spring break! We were looking for a quiet weekend to just enjoy family and this was a hidden gem with great opportunity! Mr Wesley was easy to contact with any questions regarding travel plans and was helpful each time. The location is between various towns that had activities to explore. Our favorite though was fishing and enjoying the campfire. Like I said, this was the perfect end for our family to relax and be together before returning home. We were not...

"We were in Fitzgerald for a family funeral. Our family needed and deserved a getaway. But also we needed a place to call home for a few days. We all enjoyed a little nature before and after the funeral and our days there became a bit of healing time though we didnt expect or plan on it. Our host's communication was excemebt. Highly recommended!!"

"We spent this past weekend here with 4 generations of my family and every one of us enjoyed it immensely. Kendra is so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was well stocked and the owners put a lot of thought into making sure guests could enjoy their stay. We will definitely be returning."

"Wesley was an amazing host and the property was fantastic. Very accommodating and welcoming. Was left alone and felt very private. Asked him permission to do a couple things with some buddies before going to the wedding and felt right at home. the cabin at Holt is a one of a kind property and I'm glad I stumbled upon this diamond in the rough!"

"The only complaint was that it needed more lounge seating upstairs. If it sleeps 10 then there should be enough comfortable seating for 10 people. The property was peaceful and relaxing."
