"An authentic experience. Ravenna doesn't have easy access to taxis or Uber that we could see. We arrived at the train station from Rome and took the local train one stop to Classe (the South Western part of town). It was a relatively short walk from the Classe train stop using Google maps since the hotel is not visible from the stop. We ate at the on-site restaurant which is very authentic. "This place is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautifully designed, very quiet and cozy. It is located in a quiet area of Ravenna but within minutes of the centre. It takes only 5 mins max to get to the shops and restaurants and 10-15mins for all of the archeological sites. The staff are extremely helpful and will guide you in the right direction. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ravenna. I know I will be booking with them again when I return! "

"My wife and I had a delightful stay at Hotel Italia prior to boarding Celebrity Eclipse on 19 September 2025. Tommaso and all the hotel staff members were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding. The lady who did housekeeping was also excellent.
