"Shower head was broke. Which makes me wonder if they even cleaned the shower because how can you rinse it without a shower head? Shower is clogged and does not drain. Even after having it fixed it still did not drain. Could not get extra towels. Walls look disgusting and things were not cleaned well. Room smelled like sweat. No extra toilet paper in room. "Easy enough check in process and clean enough room- totally understand hotels are busier at a weekend with events on but I just don’t feel this box room was worth what I paid. To get right into the centre it was a 30 min walk almost.
