"The staff at the reception was excellent when we checked in on 29/3 around 9am. She told us she will expedite the housekeeper to clean the room and asked us to come back in about 2 hours. We came back a few minutes before the 2 hours and we sat at the lobby area. We were surprised she approached us and gave us our room key. 👍👍👍
The male housekeeper cleaning the 7th floor was excellent too. He gave us extra bottle of water when we asked him and also when we requested for the ironing board, he...

Receptionist Zai helps me in arranging my online purchase, really appreciate his good effort.
