I was offered early check in free of charge, and was surprised with an apple pie + birthday card on the day of my birthday (didn’t even have to mention it to them). They always have somebody at the desk, and the location is impeccable. You are in the city centre, and is close to everything. This hotel made our trip :)"

"Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing. It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy. Other than that, no notes! "

"Pour nous, cet emplacement est idéal. Le tram est juste à côté. En fait, tout est à côté. Un peu de bruit de la rue, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé. Peut-être qu'en plein haute saison, vous entendrez quelques fêtards. Si vous êtes sensible à cela, demandez une chambre qui donne sur la cour arrière. "It was excellent we just had issues with our first room as it had stairs and would be difficult for my 81y/o mother. They were able to arrange a more convenient room. Staff very friendly and efficient. It’s a very cozy and interesting hotel. Breakfast is excellent and location is perfect. "
