"I had an excellent stay at The Iris. The suits are well appointed and clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, towels are plush, kitchenette is well equipped and basics as oil spray, sugar, creamer and coffee are provided. The Dyson hair dryer is a plus. There’s plenty closet space, a TV in the sleeping area and another on the sitting area. For $25 a night they provide carrousel parking onsite which is very convenient. The area feels safe and very convenient to dining and shopping yet quiet...

"What a fun way to spend our time in Charleston! Yacht is docked permanently in a gated marina with easy but safe access. Unobstructed views of the Ashley River drinking coffee in the mornings and watching dolphins play at sunset while rocking in huge rocking chairs on the main deck. Inside was spacious, plenty of extra linens, single cup Kuerig, fridge and freezer, pull out sofa, and convertible kitchen booth/bed. Bathrooms were great, large master with full size tub/shower. "We loved the location. Literally a few mins walking to the beach and no more than 10 mins walk to the main strip and all the restaurants "

"Wonderful home for a family vacation. Open floor plan on 2nd floor kitchen and family room. Bedrooms and bathrooms galore. Pool was just right for post beach cool offs. "

"A very cozy and clean experience, from start to finish. The one concern we had going into this was the shared bathroom, however, it was well maintained and clean throughout the entire trip. Communication with the property manager was fast and thorough every time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to Charleston. "
