"Parking lot is lit up like a Friday night lights which is good because the parking lot had some sketchy folks. The hotel did not have drinking water because the vending machine was empty. The shower has no door or curtain so water accumulated on the floor. "

"Shower needs a good scrub there was built up soap scum all over the walls and on the floor. Beds ere a little harder than we liked. And pool closing at 9pm was a downer for we traveled for 13 hrs and was looking forward to setting in the hot tub. "

"This hotel sold after I booked it and the new owners said they didn’t forward any reservations. We were in town for a concert and all hotels were booked for a very inflated price. Had to sleep in a car. Expedia should have known this was happening. "

"Despite being constructed fairly recently, this hotel was in terrible shape. Room was tiny and worn down. Shower/tub was broken and made so much noise that we were surprised our young children didn’t wake up when we tried to take showers at night. "

"No I never stayed there cuz I was on the national do not stay for whatever reason they wouldn't let me stay there cuz I was on some kind of paper saying I wasn't allowed to stay there so I paid for it and then you said none refundable how is I know supposed to know I was on allowed to stay there so I feel like you need to give me my money back"

"When I called to advise I will be checking in late the “manager” informed me my reservation was canceled. No one called me or tried to reach me as to why. When I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager and started yelling. Worst customer service especially from a “manager”. "

The hotel has a dark, small, unappealing entrance and foyer, and after checking in, you have to walk by the closed pool (which was half empty with murky black-green water), in order to get to the rooms. It gave us an uncomfortable feeling. The first room we were given had a disgusting tub/shower with about a 10-inch area of rust around the drain and black, moldy caulk and grout. "The room had a lot of broken things. The lights next to the beds didn’t work. The hot water knob on the bathroom sink had water leaking from it whenever you turned it on. The toilet paper was cheap. I booked a room for 3 people with 2 beds but they only gave us 2 towels. The pool and hot tub were pretty dirty which I get West Texas winds and dirt so not sure they can help that. We had a charge to our room for breakfasts which we didn’t eat or charge to the room and have yet to get a call that...
