"I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property was. I wish we could have stayed here longer, but our journey took us to other parts of the country. The rooms are spacious, comfy, quiet, and located on the most beautiful property with a waterfall, sheep, two dogs and a cat (who gave us a warm welcome and always came around for pets!). Room had a small kitchenette. We picked up some groceries on our way to check-in and were able to save some money by making breakfast and dinner each day....

"This was our first time staying at a Guesthouse and can say it was a positive experience. The place was clean and you have access to a communal kitchen. The rooms were quiet and the bed was comfy. They had blackout blinds but the 2" gap between them make them less effective. Everyone seemed to respect each others' space. We were hesitant about sharing bathrooms but it was no big deal. "This is a really nice property; clean and well equipped. My only complaint was it was boiling hot when we arrived. It was a warm day already (perhaps unusual for Iceland?) but the little house was sweltering and it was difficult to get a cross breeze as only 2 small windows could be opened. It was uncomfortably hot for about 3 hours (we even propped open the door to try to get the hot air out). Except for the heat, I was happy with this accommodation. Great location. "

"Lovely and cozy stay. The cabin has everything you need to relax. Enjoyed walking around and seeing the horses and property. There was also a kitty whom was just the sweetest!! A great place to relax and unwind. Please note there are no TV’s in the cabin(GOOD!) and the horses don’t directly come to your door but only 20ft behind an electric fence. If I had but a minor criticism it’s check-in. I felt silly that I walked up to Mr.Iceland’s house but he was out…maybe have a small sign to advise to...

"If we could give this more than 5-stars, we would - this place was incredible. The owners thought of everything, from the items in the cottage, to the layout, it had all the comforts. I even took a picture of the loveseat because it was so comfortable and beautiful. The views are lovely, and you can see the waterfall from the bedrooms.
