Hotels a Ramblewood, Mount Laurel

"Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend."

"2nd floor hall had bad oder, room wasn’t much better, doors and door casings where people put their hands were dirty, and gross, was horribly uncomfortable, I’ve seen cleaner couches in college dorms, the couch mattress was thin, and my daughter kept complaining about being poked with springs, the site glass in the coffee pots in the breakfast room were so dirty. You could hardly tell how much coffee was in the pot, the bottom of the pool had a layer of grime, and you could literally see the ...

"No air conditioning in the entire property and especially the room temperature was 80 in bedroom during stay. Maintenance as unable to repair it."

"The room smelled of perfume to hid other smells, the tv did not work there was damage drywall on one wall about the size of a big paper bag folded. the faucet in the bathroom was broken, it twisted around the sink. a I am a contractor and i have never seen a place where the maintenance was not a priority in an establishment."

"It was ok, not like and other Westin Hotel I have been to. The only available microwave was somewhere in the downstairs lobby, not offered in the room. And there was a surprise fee for parking."

"Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch. "

Brittany, the Supervisor, was extremely helpful with our reservation and answered our questions regarding offsite restaurants. I felt that all the staff/team were friendly and available to help when needed."

"For $400 a night, I expected a much better experience at Live Casino Hotel. The room was not particularly clean, and the amenities were underwhelming at best. The property feels overpriced for what you actually get. There are definitely better options in the area that offer more value and a higher standard of cleanliness. I would not choose to stay here again."
