"The room was VERY SMALL. Nothing like the photo in their webpage. Massively overpriced compared to all of our other Hokkaido accomodations. Extra charge for a very poor very limited breakfast. No room service whatsoever. Our only Japan disappointment!"

"The suite we had was spacious, and the breakfast buffet was very good. The building location does require driving for restaurants. We were surprised that many places are closed in this current season so food choices were more limited than expected. "

"何度か利用せてもらってる者です。部屋はリニューアルされていて快適でした。老舗ならでの落ち着いた雰囲気があって大好きなホテルです。ただ、浴場にいたアジア系外国人の男性二人組の会話がすごく煩かったのが残念でした。脱衣所に入ったとたん大音量の会話が聞こえてきたので団体客かと思いましたが二人だけとは・・・浴場に入るタイミングが悪かったです(笑) "

"It was off peak season. So the place was relatively quiet and not many other guests around. Service staffs at the reception and restaurants were helpful and courteous even though they didn't speak much English. Our traditional Japanese room was clean and beautiful. Yukata was provided in room and could be worn around the hotel. We opened the window for better ventilation as cool temperature was refreshing. The only gripe was that the window does not have grille, which can be a little dangerous...

"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. "The Niseko Ski Lodge lives up to its name--a rustic ski lodge. The staff were super friendly, and international. Upstairs rooms mostly share a bath, but we had a room with a private bath. The pre-fab bathroom was tiny and weirdly placed with a ~10" step up. Room size was good, but it was stiflingly hot with the radiator heat.
