"This is a very good hotel in the Al Salama neighbourhood of Jeddah. I was allowed a slightly early check in by fron staff, Samih, who was very kind and considerate. On the day of my check-in, however, there were wifi range issues. But Faazil, the IT manager fixed it well after some follow ups from my end. The breakfast staff was very welcoming. Food was okay; the staff at the live counter were very prompt. It's an easy location for Uber drivers to find. There's an Al Baik takeaway store right...

"I stayed here with my husband for 10 nights. It was a very nice room with just about everything we needed. I made the reservation online and they were kind enough to let my husband check in since he arrived 8 hours before me. They also let us check out late the day we left since the flight wasn’t until nighttime. That was a huge help and I really appreciated it. The kitchen was good for preparing meals and the washing machine was great. We may stay here again next month. "
