"Two blocks to Mason Ave and two blocks to the beach, the location was a real highlight for us. The house was clean, and check-in/check-out could not be easier. I was a little nervous about having the owners right next-door, but they were so polite when we saw them, and that was very rare. We had a great time, and hope that it’s available for our Cape Charles trip next year. "

"We were a party of five friends in town for CBES Between the Waters bike tour. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us with a little bit of furniture adjustments. "The house looked and even smelled like brand new construction. It is very well maintained and well appointed as far as beds and baths and a good amount of gathering spaces. The kids loved the bunk room. There are alarms on all doors leading out to the pool which we appreciated with young kiddos. The location was great. Only a short golf cart ride to the Main Street of restaurants in town. Only drawback was having to move the outdoor furniture back outside because it had been moved indoors...

"The Nassawadox Creek home is wonderful! The house is roomy, and well-equipped. (It even has decent kitchen knives! Usually, that kind of thing is an after-thought.)The place is great for kids, even older kids who dislike family vacations! There is a dock for fishing and crabbing (the kids caught about a dozen crab), and kayaks for the inlet. It was too cold for us to swim in the pool, but I can imagine it would be very inviting in the summer.Altogether a very nice place and we highly recommend...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped. There was one major issue. My husband and I are both senior citizens. The stairway is extremely hazardous. If it were my house, I would immediately install a second hand railing. That would be much cheaper than a law suit. Thanks again for a great stay. "
