Enjoy a family stay in our renovated house, ideal for discovering Quiberon on foot. <br>Our house is ideally located to enjoy the peninsula to the fullest: between fine sandy beaches, spectacular wild coast and authentic maritime atmosphere. <br>The house offers all the comforts for a quiet and friendly holiday. The kitchen is separate with all the comforts. You will find a large living room with the dining room and the living room. A wooden terrace has recently been installed to allow you to eat outside under the awning. A fully equipped garden furniture awaits you as well as a charcoal bbq. <br>On the first floor, at your disposal a beautiful bedroom with a 160 cm bed with cupboard and wardrobe. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is located right next door. <br>Upstairs, the house has 2 bedrooms (a double bed in 140 and a double bed in 160) with storage, cupboards and wardrobe. You will have access to the 2nd bathroom with shower. <br>The house has a scullery with a 2nd fridge and freezer, a washing machine and dryer. <br>A large enclosed garden is located behind the house to relax in the middle of greenery. <br>A private parking lot is available free of charge within the walls of the house and closed by a secure electric gate.<br>Just a few minutes away on foot or by bike, discover the famous Grande Plage de Quiberon, facing south facing Belle-Île-en-Mer, perfect for swimming, seaside walks and unforgettable sunsets. <br><br>The peninsula also seduces with its mythical Côte Sauvage, a listed natural site where cliffs, coves and coastal paths offer exceptional panoramas of the Atlantic Ocean.
