"Excellent room. Corner room was very good for work meetings while family slept in adjacent area. Nice kitchenette. Delicious food and drinks both with in room service and poolside. Only issues were cash-only tipping (couldn’t add to bill and pay with credit card), pool was a little crowded, and valet was a zoo during peak checkout times. "

"The breakfast vouchers that were included with my stay included a full breakfast every morning at the Monkeypod restaurant, which was a nice perk. The pool was very crowded with lots of kids and the elevators were often full and had to wait sometimes for one that was not already packed."

"I was not told the hotel is under construction and they would start from 9-5 and we couldn’t rest at all, especially that I’m pregnant and wanted to rest more and couldn’t . There was no hot water and I called them 4 times and basically said it is what it is . They couldn’t even move us to different room. The front desk lady was rude and would just stair at you. Towels were so tough that we felt like it was scratching our body. I would not come back . "

"It's a nice hotel it's not too expensive and covers all the bases. We asked for a chair and towels to go to the beach and they said no problem so the staff is awesome and the hotel does exactly what it's intended for an inexpensive stay just off Waikiki Beach."

"I loved this property, it was very clean, quiet and relaxing. The bakery next door is AMAZING. The beach is directly across the street. Its a small piece of a beach but its very beautiful. "

"This unit is set up great for a short stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized fridge, stove and microwave which served us well. We were able to buy food at a nearby Costco and cook in the unit. Since it's on the 27th floor you don't get much street noise so it's generally quiet for the suburban dwellers that visit. It's located on the southeast end of Honolulu so not right in the middle of Waikiki but a short walk to all the excitement and very close to Diamond Head. Included...

The valet staff, front desk, concierge, housekeepers, restaurant staff, and beach activity coordinators, including the surf coach, all contributed to our wonderful experience. "The room was not as clean as I would have liked upon check-in (stains on walls and curtains, hair in bathroom, spots on faucet, sand on balcony) but the staff made up for it by cleaning the room perfectly everyday. The housekeeping manager personally called to apologize which I never expected. Overall this hotel is good but what makes it great is the staff so kudos to all of them. "

"This was a very convenient location in Waikiki. The hotel itself was in good shape with friendly staff and nice amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center, beach towels). There was good food all around the hotel area, and the beach was only a block away. Lots of bus lines run right past the hotel — including the airport bus, so getting around town was easy. "
